We offer a solid distribution network, with nearly 2000 personal media contact globally and affiliations in the key market of Europe (Spain, Germany, UK, Italy, Austria), Australia, USA, Canada, South and Central America. The Asian and east European territories are handled by ourselves and our affiliates whom are well connected in these areas.

According to the global media concept and in cooperation with the global media rights management, a selection of program formats of the season are communicated and distributed to the media partners, before the season starts.

Active distribution per event:

Weeks before each event, the distribution is pro active to communicate this upcoming event to all media. Goal is to place
the actual news feeds and to organize the satellite transmissions with the broadcasters. This also requires a distributor at
the venue to coordinate the invited medias and the satellite transmission.

Press accreditations at the venue:

Throughout the active distribution before each event, also interested broadcasters are invited to visit the venue and shoot
extra footage for their broadcasts. These reporter crews are organized and hosted by the distributor at the venue. Further
all media accreditations are coordinated between the press and the distribution departments.

Handling and control of all content delivery:

The distribution controls all media contents, the shipments and satellite transmission. These tasks are organized and
carefully scheduled before each event, but also locally at each event. It is extremely important that each program/tape is
delivered as requested by the media.

Media reports according to event and annual:

The distribution furthermore must control and research all broadcasts worldwide. This requires close relations with each
broadcaster that has received content. Each broadcaster will be contacted personally and each air time (dates, times,
minutes and seconds) will be collected and listed in a global broadcast report. This report can be presented per event
and/or per season.
